Something I am dealing with more and more nowadays are people who have passed — people who have died — and yet have not fully moved on.

As I have mentioned in previous videos, when you die you leave your physical body. For many, there is a natural process that follows. If there is even a small understanding of what happens after death, the transition is much easier. Often, a person will remain close to the earth for a couple of weeks before moving on properly to the next world. During that time, loved ones who have already passed can draw close and gently guide them through.

When there is understanding, there is usually peace.

But when there is no understanding, frustration can take hold.

When There Is No Awareness of Life After Death

In just the last few weeks alone, I have dealt with several cases:

• Someone who died suddenly and was in total frustration.
• Someone who had remained in a house for many years, confused and unable to move forward.
• Someone who had known a family years ago and was drawing close to them, even though they did not want to sense anything around them.

In each of these situations, the same core issue was present:
They had left their body — but they did not understand what had happened.

Imagine being able to move freely wherever your loved ones are in the world. As spiritual beings, that is possible. Yet no one sees you. No one hears you. No one responds.

At first, this can be deeply frustrating.

Over time, if no one senses them, that silence becomes their “normal.” Especially for those who have been out of the body for years — sometimes decades — being unseen and unheard becomes something they simply accept.

What Happens When a Medium Senses Them

When families contact me, they often send a photograph — of a house, a room, or a particular location. With the work I have done over decades, that is often enough for me to sense who is present.

Now imagine this from the soul’s point of view.

They may have been around for years with no one noticing them. Then suddenly, someone sees them. Someone senses them.

It can be a shock.

But it is also an enormous relief.

Those who have died — especially those who died suddenly — are often very frustrated because they have not accepted that they have passed. They do not understand why no one is responding to them. And then, all at once, they encounter someone who can communicate.

Because they are now spiritual beings, something else happens. In the next world — and there are many different realms — when you look at someone, you know who they are. There is nothing hidden. In this physical world, we can hide our history, our emotions, our background.

Over there, you cannot.

You see the real person.

So when they look at me, they sense immediately that I have done this work before. That brings calm. They also sense what is around me — the support from the other side.

Communication Between Worlds

When this takes place, it is like I am talking to you now — but without using my voice. The conversation happens mind to mind.

We speak about what has happened to them. We speak about their confusion or frustration. And when the time is right, I ask loved ones from the other side to come forward to help guide them on.

Every situation is different.

• Some souls do not accept they have died.
• Some have remained in one place for decades in confusion.
• Some are simply frustrated at being unseen.
• Others are afraid.

Each story is unique, and I must be completely switched on, because the differences matter.

My work — and what I will continue to do for the rest of my life — is to help remove that frustration from souls who are between the two worlds.

To help them understand.

To calm them.

And to guide them forward.
