What Can Happen When You Die Suddenly

Hello again. Today I want to share another example of what can happen when you die.

If you’ve read my other blogs, you’ll understand that for everyone, leaving the physical body is a strange experience. Normally, when someone passes, they remain around the earth plane for a couple of weeks before they move on. But there are situations where death happens suddenly, and in those cases, people are often not in a good state.

We all have free will. Sometimes I come across situations where someone is dying peacefully. They know there is life after death, they understand what to expect, and their family understands it too. In some of those cases, I take the funeral service, and it becomes a celebration of that person’s life.

But often, the opposite situation occurs.

Recently, I came across a situation where a young man had lost his life after being attacked a few days earlier. No one had asked me to help in this particular case. My life and my work are quite unusual — things often happen without planning.

When I remove a ghost or help with a spiritual disturbance in a house, I don’t need to visit the house physically. Normally, someone sends me a photograph. As soon as I see the picture, I can pick up the person connected to that place, and they pick up on me too. We are instantly aware of each other. This happens time and time again.

In this situation, after the young man Yang died, someone showed me a picture. As soon as I saw it, I started sensing him. That’s what happens in all of these cases — the connection is immediate.

This may sound like a short story, but this literally just happens. And every time, it’s slightly different. From my point of view, I’m constantly being trained through these experiences.

When you suddenly leave your body, it is very strange. All of a sudden, you’re back in spirit form. You can see your relatives grieving over your body. You can travel anywhere you like — visiting friends and loved ones, wherever they are, in whatever house they’re in.

But there can also be tremendous frustration. You can see their lives, and you can read their thoughts, but they can’t see you. That frustration can be overwhelming.

With this young lad, once I saw the picture, I sensed him straight away. I began concentrating on him, as I do, and he was in total distress. He could not accept that he was dead. He could see everyone, but no one could see him.

By this point, he had been dead for three or four days. Suddenly, someone in the physical world — myself — was sensing him. Until then, no one had sensed him at all. You can imagine the shock. From his point of view, he was thinking, Why is this person sensing me when no one else has?

There was also a lady around him — a grandmother-type figure — but she couldn’t get anywhere near him. Because of his frustration and refusal to accept what had happened, he wouldn’t allow anyone close. We all have free will, even in spirit.

In this situation, I spoke to him, just as I would when helping a confused spirit. That was my free will.

Then something changed. A dog appeared. As soon as the dog came near him, he calmed down considerably. He wasn’t behaving the same way anymore. Then a young child — a little girl he may have known in the past — came close, and that calmed him even more.

Once he was calmer, he could sense me clearly. He knew I was there, and because spirits can read thoughts, he knew what I had done in the past. That awareness brought him peace.

Slowly, the lady was able to come closer. Because he was calm, he could accept her presence. Quite quickly, she reached him and gave him a hug. He had completely settled.

Once again, it took someone in the physical world for this to take place.

All of this happened over about ten minutes. As a medium, you’re always questioning yourself — Is this in my mind? Is this real? — but this experience was clear and unmistakable.

As the lady spoke to the young boy, she then turned toward me and gave me a red rose. I was almost in tears. She was thanking me for intervening. That was my sign to step back and leave them alone.

The last thing I saw was the lady with the young boy, the dog, and the child. He was completely calm. Love was present — and love is the key to everything.

He hasn’t moved on to the next world yet, but now he’s in a place where someone who loves him is gently explaining what’s happening. That’s what matters.

From my point of view, it’s important to get this message out: there is life after death, and love is the key to everything. The more people understand this, the less shock they experience when they leave the physical body.

Thank you for listening.
