After decades of working with spirit removal and spiritual attachments, you might think there’s nothing new left to encounter. Yet time and again, situations arise that are slightly different from anything before. This was one of those cases.
A family contacted me because unusual and distressing things were happening in their home. Objects were being broken, pictures were disturbed, and there was a growing sense that something wasn’t right. Naturally, they assumed they were dealing with a ghost or an evil spirit in the house — a conclusion many people reach in these circumstances.
Normally, when people contact me, they send photographs of their home or the rooms affected. I don’t need to physically visit the property. Through the images, I can usually sense the presence of a spirit immediately. At the same time, the spirit becomes aware of me. This is not a physical process — it’s a spiritual one.
In most cases, I also sense loved ones from the other side who are waiting to help resolve the situation. They cannot interfere with free will, which is why someone in the physical world must initiate the process.
When Nothing Shows Up
In this particular case, something unusual happened.
I looked at the photographs and sensed absolutely nothing.
That, in itself, was highly unusual — because despite the clear disturbances in the house, there was no spiritual presence attached to the property. After reflecting on this, I contacted the family directly to understand more about the people living there.
There were three people in the house. During our conversation, it became clear that the issue wasn’t the house at all — it was connected to one of the occupants, the adult son.
I asked him a simple but important question: had he ever used a Ouija board or taken part in an unprotected spiritual circle?
He had — about five years earlier.
That was the connection.
A Spirit Not Always Present
Once this was acknowledged, I could sense the spirit clearly. What made this case different was that the spirit was not permanently attached to him. It would come and go, entering the house at times and then disappearing again. This behaviour, while unusual, does happen.
To resolve this kind of situation, two essential things must take place.
First, the person affected must genuinely want the spirit gone. No one can remove a spirit against free will.
Second, the family must understand their role in regaining control.
When people hear the term “evil spirit,” they often imagine something dramatic or monstrous. In reality, it’s very similar to negative people in the physical world — those who enjoy control, disruption, and upsetting others. This spirit thrived on distress, which was exactly what was happening in the home.
The Importance of Free Will and Prayer
The family didn’t know how to pray — or even what prayer truly meant. So I explained it simply.
Your loved ones who have passed are around you all the time. When you ask them to draw close to you, you are using your free will to invite protection and support. When that invitation is made, they can step closer.
I asked the family to come together and ask their loved ones — guardian angels, guides, whatever name feels right — to draw close and protect them.
This is crucial: you are in charge of your own life.
At one point, the family considered filming the disturbances. That’s something I strongly advised against. When you do that, you’re playing the game the spirit wants — feeding it attention, fear, and emotion.
Do not engage. Do not react. Do not give it power.
The Outcome
Once the family truly understood what was happening and invited their loved ones to draw close, the change was immediate. The spirit lost control — and it ran. It simply disappeared.
My role was partly to move the spirit on, but just as importantly, to help the family understand how to prevent the situation from happening again. Knowledge and awareness are key.
I’ve been doing this work for decades, and I’m continually reminded that no two cases are ever quite the same. But the message remains consistent:
These situations can be resolved.
With understanding, free will, and the right spiritual support, peace can always be restored.
