How do those in spirit contact us?

I often receive questions about how those in spirit reach out to us. What many don’t realize is that they are trying to connect with us all the time. When we pass on, we gain something called spiritual sight, allowing us to observe our loved ones and often see the next steps they need to take. Our desire to help them is profound.

However, making contact isn’t always easy. For most people, their minds aren’t open to these connections, and one primary way spirits communicate is by planting thoughts in our minds. While this may seem simple, how often do we actually notice these thoughts?

Consider a situation where you’re grappling with a problem in your life. Suddenly, a fresh idea pops into your mind—a brainwave, if you will. This thought might actually originate from the spirit realm. Spirits cannot directly tell us what to do, but they can inspire us with ideas.

I’ve experienced this firsthand. There have been times when a thought unexpectedly entered my mind, and I initially brushed it aside. For instance, while working in my office, I received a clear impression that I needed to contact a lady from my church. I envisioned a house with a man outside and felt compelled to tell her to visit this place. Despite being busy, this thought persisted, popping into my mind repeatedly throughout the day. It was clear that they were trying to get my attention.

Eventually, I reached out to her. I described the image of the house and the man, and she instantly recognized who it was. She acted on my message and discovered that the man outside was her deceased husband, and the woman inside was on the verge of taking her own life. This is how spirit operates: they can’t dictate our actions, but they can inspire thoughts that lead to meaningful outcomes. They knew that if they persisted, I would take action, allowing them to help someone in need.

In our daily lives, it’s essential to remember that our loved ones are always near, offering support. They may not appear to us directly or give explicit instructions because we are the ones in charge of our lives and decisions. However, once we pass to the other side, our instinct will be to assist those we love.

So, if you’re ever uncertain about a decision, consider asking your loved ones for guidance. You might not receive an immediate answer, but throughout your day, a helpful thought may arise—an idea that feels just right. Remember, this thought could have come from them. Ultimately, the choice to act on it lies with you. Your free will is what matters.

As you navigate your life, don’t hesitate to seek help. Often, making the right decision involves extending a hand to others. Keep your heart open, and trust that your loved ones are always there, guiding you in subtle, loving ways.
